HOME RUN DERBY CONTESTANTS ANNOUNCED
The Atlantic League website announced today the selection of the 6 batters who will participate in the Home Run Derby, prior to the All-Star Game.
The batters selected were:
- Somerset - Brandon Larson
- Somerset - Josh Pressley
- Somerset - Matt Hagen
- Long Island Ducks - Ray Navarrete
- Bridgeport Bluefish - Jesse Hoorelbeke
- Camden Riversharks - Ron Davenport
The Atlantic League All-Star Game will have several pre-game festivities including the Home Run Derby, an autograph session with all the All-Star players and coaches, live music, and many other activities. The All-Star Game will include giveaways for fans and entertainment from The ZOOperstars, BirdZerk, and a Post Game Fireworks Show unlike any seen in Central New Jersey.
