The Blue Crabs made it back-to-back wins against division foe Camden, taking the nightcap of a day/night doubleheader by the score of 7-1.

The Blue Crabs were hitting on all cylinders, as the most unlikely of stars arose in this game. Mike Gibbs, making his first career start, pitched five innings of shutout ball while surrendering only two hits. Gibbs moves to 2-0 on the season, and also struck out four batters.

Anthony Perry also came out of obscurity to play a big role in the win. Perry scored the twice, and also picked up two hits and a walk. George Sandel, John Ramistella, and Curtis Pride also picked up three hits in the blowout win.

Patrick Osborn was the star of the night, as the league’s leading RBI man added two more to his total, also registering four hits on the night.

Adam Shorsher also picked up an RBI, blasting a home run into the left field parking lot. Chris Gale pitched three inning for the Blue Crabs, giving up one hit and one run, and Travis Wade finished it out with a scoreless ninth inning and two strikeouts.
